EffectiveLight
This modification thoroughly alters mob spawning mechanics by limiting their appearance only under certain levels of block light. By default, hostile creatures can spawn exclusively at zero blocklight, limited up to vanilla's maximum of 7 units, which ordinarily permits their formation. Unlike analogous mods, it does not interfere with natural skylight: daylight and moonlight continue to operate under the originally established rules.
The parameters can be adjusted, allowing you to set the desired blocklight range in which controlled mobs will spawn, granting complete control over this aspect of gameplay.
