With apply-sponge-implicit-wildcards parameter set to true, granting permission like eessentials.rtp automatically includes sub-permissions such as eessentials.rtp.bypasscooldown.

Recommended Action

If you prefer more detailed control, set apply-sponge-implicit-wildcards to false in your luckperms.conf file.
