Official Adaptation of Popular Modification

This is the official version of the Bettas & Aquatics mod, which the creator developed specifically for fans of betta fish. Unlike the original mod, here you'll find only bettas, aquariums, and their natural habitat—no additional aquatic creatures!

With this small but very interesting mod, charming multicolored bettas will appear in your gaming universe. The main feature—you can create aquariums of any size and decorate them to your taste, so your aquatic pets will be comfortable and cozy.

Stunning Diversity

Every fish is unique! The random generation system creates unique combinations of color, patterns, and body shapes for each betta. Just find the special biome with these fish and start searching for your favorite among more than 3,400 possible variations!

Become an Experienced Aquarist

As soon as you catch your first fish with a bucket, you'll receive detailed instructions for creating the perfect aquarium. But your underwater world won't be limited to just bettas—in the wild, you can find other aquatic inhabitants to add to your collection.

Features of the Fish Kingdom

Bettas have gender differences, color rarity, and breeding ability.

Females usually have more slender bodies, smaller fins, and less vibrant coloration compared to males. Interestingly, only males fight each other. For breeding, you'll need spider eyes.

All visual characteristics—color, patterns, body shape—are inherited!

Create Your Perfect Aquarium

Aquariums can be placed next to each other, creating complex underwater compositions. Decorations are placed dynamically—just rotate around the tank while placing decor to choose the optimal angle!

For decorations, not only special items from the mod are suitable, but also standard game resources:

Sand, red sand, gravel, dirt, seagrass, kelp, fire coral fans, tube coral fans, brain coral fans, and sea pickles.

Natural Processes in Your Aquarium

After three days, algae starts growing on the aquarium walls. Use a special scraper to remove them!

Any fish that can be caught with a bucket can be placed in a betta aquarium. Experiment with fish from other modifications!
