Display Case Recreation

This mod recreates the display case block originally featured on the ContentSMP server. Now you can utilize this functionality in your Minecraft worlds.

Key Features

The display case allows you to showcase up to 64 units of a single item type. The current quantity of the displayed item will be shown next to it, making the case perfect for displaying collections or valuable resources.

Installation and Placement

The block can be installed in four directions, oriented based on the block face you're looking at. It's important to note that the display case requires support from blocks with solid collision.

Crafting

To create a display case, you'll need 1 item frame and 4 bricks. (Initially, it was planned to use inventory rendering for item display, but this proved technically challenging to implement with the world renderer plugin.)

Important Information

It's worth noting that the original ContentContent mod containing display case blocks is now publicly available. It's recommended to also check out the official version. However, this mod remains relevant since ContentContent runs on Fabric for version 1.19.2, while this implementation is designed for Forge 1.20.1.
