Difficulty Lock

Difficulty Lock is a practical Minecraft mod that allows you to set and lock the difficulty level in any world, as well as enforce a hardcore mode requirement.

The Create World screen receives additional configuration options. Here you can see the forceHard and forceCheatsDisabled configuration options set to true:
