Diagonal Walls

About the Mod

Diagonal Walls completes the series of diagonal blocks mods: finally, not just fences and glass panes, but walls can also connect when placed diagonally. Now you can build the castle of your dreams without limitations.

Important Information

For technical reasons, when installing the Diagonal Walls mod, walls can no longer connect vertically and will again show gaps when stacked on top of each other (as was the case in Minecraft 1.15.2 and earlier versions). Unfortunately, restoring this feature is technically impossible and not planned.

Compatibility

Blocks added by other mods are dynamically supported when possible. Blocks that are unintentionally affected can be excluded by adding them to the diagonalwalls:non_diagonal_walls block tag.

Installation

Configuration

If configuration is available for a mod, it can be done directly in-game using the mod menu (requires Mod Menu by Prospector to be installed on Fabric). Note that in older Minecraft versions, installing Forge Config Screens is also required.

For manual configuration using an external text editor, all files are located in the .minecraft/config folder and are named MOD_ID-client.toml, MOD_ID-common.toml, or MOD_ID-server.toml depending on the configuration type. Not all types may exist for a mod, if any exist at all.
