Dense Mekanism - Dense Ores for Enhanced Gameplay

This mod introduces special dense versions of all Mekanism ores that provide significantly more resources when mined. Unlike standard ores, these dense variants can yield up to twice as many materials, making them incredibly valuable for players.

Dense ores generate in the same biomes and at the same elevations as regular Mekanism ores, but they are much rarer and typically form smaller deposits. This creates an interesting gameplay balance - you'll need to carefully explore caves and mines to find these rare but highly productive veins.

The mining mechanics maintain full compatibility with enchantments: you can use Fortune to increase resource yield or Silk Touch to obtain intact dense ore blocks. This opens up additional strategic opportunities for collecting and storing valuable materials.
