CuteMendingReworked is a modification that completely transforms how the famous Mending enchantment works, while staying true to the vanilla game's aesthetic.

How Does Mending Work Now?

✅ Available through enchanting table - No more searching for this enchantment in chests or trading with villagers!

❌ No auto-repair - Items with Mending no longer repair themselves automatically using experience orbs.

⚒️ New repair method - Item restoration now happens at an anvil using special resources, with a fixed cost of just 1 experience level per repair.

Repair Materials by Item Type

• Netherite gear → repaired using netherite scrap
• Tridents → require prismarine for repair
• Bows → restored with simple string

This thoughtful system makes the repair process more engaging and resource-based, maintaining the usefulness of the Mending enchantment but in a more balanced and intuitive form.
