CreeperHost Presents Chickens

This is a revival of the popular Chickens addon by setycz for Minecraft version 1.12.2. In creating this modification, we not only performed code migration but also integrated the best features from timrwood's Roost mod, combining the strengths of both developments.

Our future plans include expanding the functionality of this addon with continuous development of its capabilities.

Core Features:

Breeding chickens to improve their characteristics - you'll be able to comprehensively develop the growth, productivity, and endurance parameters of your chicken farm.

A special poultry scanner, crafted from an egg and compass, provides detailed information about each specimen's parameters.

A chicken coloring system allows combining regular eggs with dyes to obtain colorful layers: Lapis Lazuli Chickens, Cactus Green Hens, Rose Red Fowl, Bone Meal Birds, and through further crossbreeding of colorful specimens - ash, crimson, and other mixed breeds.

The wild environment hosts basic primary breeds: Flint Chickens yield flint, Snowball Chickens lay snowballs, Gunpowder Chickens produce gunpowder, Nether Chickens yield quartz, and Lava Chickens can bring lava.

Through complex crossbreeding, you'll unlock elite species including Diamond Chickens and even Ghast Tear Birds with their precious tears, along with many other unique breeds.

The hay-based henhouse operates within a 9x9 block area and automatically collects resources from birds, with the added bonus of dirt production.

Transforming regular chickens into intelligent birds by giving them books enables henhouse management capabilities.

An innovative progressive breeding and laying system.

Lava and water eggs become renewable, compact fluid sources.

Advanced settings allow changing egg-laying frequency, disabling certain bird types, redefining items, editing breeding elements, creating custom drops, and performing other customizations.

The new chicken breeds feature reduced noise levels.

Imported features from Roost:

A chicken-catching system - craft a catcher from an egg, stick, and feathers, use it on a target, and receive a compact bird in your inventory.

A special roost preserves all resources produced by birds directly inside it - up to 16 birds per block.

The automatic breeder pulls curtains when two chickens are placed, after which the breeding process begins with automatic seed consumption. Capacity is 64 seeds, using 2 seeds per breeding cycle.
