Cosmopolitan

Cosmopolitan is a modification that significantly expands food diversity in Minecraft and ensures compatibility between vanilla game elements and various mods. While you can use this mod separately, its content becomes much richer when installed alongside compatible modifications.

New Ingredients and Effects

The mod adds several new ingredients that can be obtained from standard Minecraft blocks: wildberries, fiddlehead, wheatgrass, and birch sap. Flavor effects for apples, carrots, and glow berries have also been reworked, making them more useful and interesting.

Ice Cream and Desserts

New items and blocks related to ice cream have been added: ice cream cones, ice cream sandwiches, and various ice cream block variants. The mod supports working with fluids, allowing ice cream to be treated as a liquid and integrating with recipes from the Create mod. A new block has also appeared — the frozen dessert tub, which allows for storing ice cream and creating it in a more realistic way.

Dishes and Seasonal Drinks

New dishes based on the added ingredients have been created. Four seasonal drinks have been introduced, which, when the Serene Seasons mod is installed, provide beneficial status effects when consumed during the corresponding season.

Compatibility with Other Mods

Flavor effects for Blisterberry and Droopfruit from the Undergarden mod have been reworked — these effects provide additional advantages when the player is in the Undergarden dimension. The mod also improves various berries from other modifications in the style of Berry Good. Additionally, random minor features have been added: renewable slime candy, advanced milk alternatives, and much more.
