Dead Coral Drops

You've probably noticed that dead coral blocks drop when mined without the Silk Touch enchantment, but this rule doesn't apply to small corals and coral fans...

This datapack fixes this feature! Now all corals and coral fans will drop in their dead form when mined without Silk Touch. Additionally, dead variants will also drop on their own without the need for this enchantment :D
