Copper Horn - Reintroducing the Removed Instrument
The copper horn was introduced in the Bedrock 1.18 preview builds as a unique musical instrument that could play different tunes based on player actions. Unfortunately, Minecraft developers completely removed it in version 1.19, citing misalignment with their design goals.
But this datapack brings back Copper Horn with all its former beauty and functionality!
How the Music System Works
Each melody, such as "Great Sky Falling," features three different performance variations:
- When looking upward at angles between 45 and 90 degrees, the harmony part plays ("Great")
- While sneaking, the bass part sounds ("Falling")
- In normal circumstances, the main melody plays ("Sky")
