Combat Expansion: Twinblades, Longswords and Warhammers
This modification introduces three completely new weapon types, special arm shields, and light armor, each featuring unique mechanics that significantly expand tactical combat possibilities.
Two-Handed Swords
Longswords are available in iron, gold, diamond, and netherite variants. These are powerful but slow weapons with extended attack range. A key feature is that they cannot be used simultaneously with other items in the off-hand. Every third attack activates a spinning strike that damages all entities within range. Compatible with the "Whirlwind" enchantment and can be used alongside arm shields.

Paired Blades
Twinblades (iron, gold, diamond, netherite) are weapons for true melee combat masters. When wielding two blades simultaneously, the player deals area-of-effect damage around themselves. Damage increases based on the material of the second weapon. Available with the "Dash Attack" enchantment.

Arm Shields
Arm shields (iron, gold, diamond, netherite) work exclusively in combination with longswords. They allow parrying attacks, returning 10% damage to the attacker and applying slowness and weakness effects. Shields increase health and protection, with diamond and netherite versions providing additional stat bonuses.

War Hammers
War hammers (iron, gold, diamond, netherite) combine weapon functions with resource gathering tools. Feature massive damage and extended attack range.

Light Armor
Light armor (iron, gold, diamond, netherite) is designed for players who prefer ranged combat. Provides less protection compared to regular armor but increases damage from arrows, thrown tridents, snowballs, and other ranged attacks. Supports decorative trims.

Vanilla Content Enhancements
Shields
- Perform a forward dash, dealing damage equal to 40% of durability to all entities in the path (activated by R key)
- Ability to parry attacks with 30% damage return and application of slowness and weakness effects
Parry
When successfully blocking within 10 ticks before taking a hit, the player returns part of the damage to the attacker

Whirlwind
Only for longswords. Increases spinning attack damage.
