Cold Sweat: Origins Addendum

This is an official addon for the Cold Sweat mod that enables players to create datapacks for customizing existing origins from the Origins mod for Forge.

These datapacks allow modifying default attribute values when selecting an origin, adding attribute modifiers, or making origins immune to specific temperature effects. For instance, Merlings can be made immune to the chilling effect of being in water.

Preconfigured Settings for Default Origins

Blazeborn

• Feel most comfortable in extremely hot environments
• Complete immunity to overheating
• Body temperature doesn't increase when on fire
• Not cooled by the "soulspring lamp" item from Cold Sweat
• Don't get wet from rain or water
• Freeze much faster in cold conditions

Merling

• Can survive in colder environments compared to regular players
• Possess slight resistance to freezing
• Complete immunity to the wetness effect

All these settings can be overridden by user-defined datapacks if needed.
