CliffTree
Cliff under a Tree, abbreviated as CliffTree, is a world generation datapack that introduces new biomes to the Overworld and brings fresh changes to existing ones while preserving the vanilla Minecraft spirit.
The mod's name is inspired by the lyrics from the Adventure Time ending theme, a show the creators greatly enjoy.
Developers: Konci and Walls

Features
New Biomes and Variations
From scorching Shrublands to chilly Bogs, CliffTree adds numerous new biomes to explore in the Overworld. Discover unique locations like Oases or Tundras, or encounter familiar biomes in new variations such as Snowy Old Growth Taiga or Sparse Forests!
Updated Rivers, Water Colors, and Deeper Oceans
Almost every biome has received new water colors, and river biomes have been redesigned for better coherence. Oceans have become deeper and more interesting to explore. The distribution of sand, clay, and gravel underwater has also changed—they now form smooth gradients instead of random patches.
Cave Biomes
CliffTree fundamentally changes how caves work. Surface biomes no longer extend deep underground—their place has been taken by specialized cave biomes. Among them are both ordinary caves and more intriguing ones to explore, such as icy Frozen Caves, warm caves with terracotta, or the scorching depths of the Inferno!
Enhancements to Existing Biomes
Many standard biomes have received visual improvements and distribution changes. For example, Savanna Plateaus now feature terracotta on their slopes, various forest biomes have fallen logs, cliffs have more stone, and Beaches have become wider, reminiscent of their beta versions!
New Tree Shapes and Vegetation Rules
Vegetation like grass and flowers can now grow on sand and snow blocks! Some trees, such as Birches and Small Jungles, have received updated appearances. Saplings also have special growth rules—only some can grow on sand and snow, and certain blocks allow the growth of rare tree types like Jungle Bushes and Swamp Oaks!
