Do you love the old Minecraft textures? Feel nostalgic for the past but don't want to miss out on modern game features? Then Classic Decorations is made just for you!

This mod adds classic textures to the game as completely new blocks. Now you can enjoy all of Minecraft's modern features while building with legendary textures from the game's early versions.

Key Features

Update 1.3 "The Makeover"

• Fixed leaf transparency
• Added 4 new biomes
• All blocks can now be crafted in survival mode
• Added brown spider
• Added "Magnetic Circuit" music disc

Update 1.4 "The Adventure"

• New structure - alpha house (contains music disc and many classic blocks)
• Fixed spider sounds
• Added classic glass
• Classic logs (removed from natural generation)
• Classic gold ore now drops itself and can be smelted into ingots

Note: Alpha house generation is unstable, stay alert! These structures only appear in old biomes, most often in "betalands".

Update 1.6 "World of Shapes"

• Added slabs, stairs and walls for alpha bricks
• Beta cobblestone received new forms
• Classic bricks and mossy cobblestone now available in various variants
• Added classic planks with full set of building elements
• New "Fluff" block and fluff carpet (texture from Infdev)
• Classic glass panes
• All new stone blocks can be crafted via workbench or stonecutter

Update 1.7 "Adventure: Part 2"

• Added Classic Dimension
• Portal created from beta cobblestone and activated with greyscreen
• Classic bed (commands only)
• Classic water and lava with original textures
• New "Cloudy Flats" biome (only in Classic Dimension)
• Fixed animal spawning in custom biomes

Update 1.8 "Bugfixing Spree"

• Removed unnecessary items
• All grass blocks properly interact with environment
• Biomes now contain trees
• All blocks work like in original game

Final update: Version 1.8 became the last in mod development.

Additional Versions

Version 1.8.1:

• Fixed human texture
• Added Alpha Dimension for comparing early biomes (not available in survival)
