CICADA Cape Fix

This simple mod solves the problem with cape display in outdated versions of CICADA. Instead of the annoying "hi pls update cicada thx!" message on the character's back, the standard cape will now be displayed or it will be completely absent.

Technically, the mod works through the mixin system, which completely disables the cape loading and processing procedures performed by CICADA. This allows you to get rid of the unwanted visual element without the need to update the CICADA mod itself.
