Enhanced Carved Bookshelf Now Also Functional

This datapack expands the functionality of carved bookshelves, allowing them to increase the enchantment level on the enchantment table just like regular bookshelves do. Now every carved shelf with books participates in calculating available enchantment levels, making the process of upgrading equipment more diverse and interesting.

Why is This Needed?

It's logical to assume that any shelf with books should help with enchanting - regardless of whether it's regular or carved. Now the functionality of different types of bookshelves is equalized, making decorative building and interior design more practical and meaningful.
