ChestESP
The ChestESP mod highlights nearby chests and other containers, allowing you to see them through walls and obstacles. This feature was inspired by a similar tool from the Wurst Client.

Installation
Important: Make sure your mod loader and all installed mods are designed for the same Minecraft version. Mixing versions will cause the game to crash.
Installation using Fabric
- Install Fabric Loader.
- Add Fabric API to your mods folder.
- Place ChestESP in your mods folder.
Note: In older versions of ChestESP, installation of Cloth Config and ModMenu was required. Starting from version 1.2, these dependencies are no longer needed.
Installation using NeoForge
- Install NeoForge.
- Add ChestESP to your mods folder.
Usage
After installation, ChestESP automatically starts highlighting all containers within range. The mod settings are accessible through the ModMenu in Fabric or the built-in mod list in NeoForge.
In the settings menu, you can:
- Change the highlight style (boxes, lines, or both)
- Customize the color for each container type
- Enable or disable specific container types
- Activate or deactivate the entire mod
Also, in the "Options → Controls → Key Binds" menu, there is a "Toggle ChestESP" option that allows you to quickly turn the mod on and off with a single button press. This feature is not assigned to any key by default.
Supported containers
ChestESP works with the following container types:
- Chests
- Trapped chests

- Shulker boxes
- Decorated pots
- Chest minecarts
- Chest boats
- Hopper minecarts
