Message Chat Sound

This mod was created as a replacement for a similar project that was discontinued for version 1.18. It is now available for Minecraft 1.19.2 for everyone who needs this functionality.

The mod works exclusively on the client side - installation on the server will have no effect.

Customization Options

Starting from version 1.1+, you can change message sounds using resource packs. To do this, simply replace the assets/chatsound/chat_notification.ogg file in the resource pack folder.

Technical Features

This is the author's first mod created without using MCreator, so some errors may occur. If you find any issues in operation, please report them to improve the project.

The mod can be freely used in mod packs.
