Chat Plus - Advanced Chat Features for Minecraft

Chat Plus mod completely transforms the standard communication system in Minecraft, providing players with unlimited possibilities for customizing the chat interface and managing messages.

Improvements to Standard Chat

The mod significantly expands the basic functionality of Minecraft chat. Now you can store many more messages in history, see more command suggestions when typing, and freely move the chat window around the screen. The scrollbar has become more noticeable and easier to use, while scroll speed can be adjusted to your preference. The annoying "Server message. Cannot be reported" notification will no longer interfere with communication.

Creating Personalized Chat Windows

Create multiple chat windows with separate tabs for different types of messages. Each window can be finely customized: change sizes, position, background color, text transparency, display scale, and line spacing. Choose message alignment to left, center, or right, as well as display direction - top to bottom or bottom to top.

Advanced Message Management Features

Automatically create tabs based on specific conditions, receive notifications about new messages in specific tabs, and highlight important lines according to set rules. Save bookmarks on messages manually or automatically for quick return to them. When hovering the cursor over a line, it highlights for easier reading.

Search through chat history allows you to quickly find needed messages. Take screenshots of the entire chat or individual messages with automatic upload to imgur. Select groups of messages with right-click and perform various actions with them: copying, creating bookmarks, screenshots, and much more.

Additional conveniences include timestamps for each message, display of player avatars next to their messages, chat preview function, and compact message display.

Language Capabilities

Automatically translate incoming messages to your language and send messages in different languages. For quick translation, simply hold the Control key and click on any message. The speech recognition function allows you to dictate text with automatic translation capability - this requires installing VOSK language models in the config/chatplus/models folder.

Compatibility

The mod replaces Minecraft's standard chat renderer, so it may conflict with other mods that use mixin to modify this system.
