Habitat and Restrictions
These beings spawn exclusively in the outer End dimension and cannot leave its boundaries. Their body and soul are inextricably linked to this mystical reality.
Dietary Features
Canticums have adapted to a unique diet — they consume only popped chorus fruit. This food grants them levitation ability but in return deprives them of the ability to eat any other foods.
Aerial Maneuvers
The levitation system is the key feature of this race. Using special ability keys, you can:
- Perform a powerful dash in the direction you're looking
- Rapidly descend to the ground
- Create an explosive wave upon landing after each maneuver
Natural Abilities
Millennia of evolution in the End have endowed this race with impressive adaptations: increased jump height, innate slow falling, and exceptional end stone mining speed.
Resource Gathering
Despite their connection to the End, Canticums have developed a unique method of extracting earthly resources directly from end stone, making them self-sufficient even in isolation conditions.
End Artifacts
Void artifacts contain powerful energy that this race has learned to release. Extracting these forces provides significant bonuses to armor, damage, and mining speed.
Limitations and Characteristics
In exchange for their unique abilities, Canticums cannot use accessories, tools, or weapons. They feature a frail physique: taking increased damage while airborne, moving slower on land, and having three hearts less than the standard health pool.
