Call of Yucatán: Immersion into the Maya World

Embark on an exciting journey through the jungles, where two unique dungeons await you, inspired by the culture and mythology of the ancient Maya and Aztecs. You'll encounter puzzles, traps, mystical creatures, and meetings with powerful deities.
Mysterious Temples and Tombs
The first dungeon - the Overgrown Temple - represents the ruins of an ancient Maya sanctuary, held together by sturdy mystical vines. Once, offerings were made here to the god Kukulkan, and advanced astronomical technologies were used. The temple is built from red limestone and ancient gold.
The second dungeon - the Deadly Crypt - is the tomb of Maya warriors whose souls have found no peace. This dangerous place is filled with deadly traps, and beneath the burial site, legend says, lie deposits of jade. The crypt is made of ritual stone and jade in honor of the god Ah Puch.

Exotic Weaponry
The mod offers various traditional weapons:
- Macuahuitl - a wooden weapon with obsidian fragments, incredibly sharp but fragile. Can be enhanced with the "Ritual Slaughter" enchantment, increasing damage to humanoid creatures.
- Spears of three types: wooden, flint, and obsidian - allow attacking from greater distance.
- Tecpatl - light Aztec daggers for quick attacks. Support "Toxic Blade" enchantment (poisons enemies) and "Double Edge" enchantment (additional attack after the first strike).

Dangerous Enemies
In the dungeons, you'll face Undead Maya Warriors armed with macuahuitls and spears. Huracàn - a mocking wind spirit that has possessed bones - attacks with poisonous darts.
From enemies, you can obtain masks that provide various bonuses: the warrior mask speeds up attacks, the Huracàn mask reduces gravity. Masks can be raised and lowered by crouching and jumping.

Deities and Their Trials
In the crypt is the idol of Ah Puch - the god of death. Offering enough alchemical items during the new moon grants his Blessing, increasing resistance. Destroying the idol without the blessing summons an angry death avatar, creating shockwaves and summoning undead monkeys. Each battle is unique - the avatar's abilities depend on his title.

In the Overgrown Temple is the idol of Kukulkan. Offering precious gems during the full moon grants his Blessing, increasing speed. Destroying the idol summons an avatar that attacks with powerful blows. The main way to deal damage is to direct a beam of light onto his golden armor using reflectors or a hematite shield.
Defeating deities gives Fragments for creating the Fist of Doom (creates shockwaves) and the Wand of Luminance (shoots solar rays).

Maya Technologies
Ancient mechanisms are preserved in the temples:
- Solar projectors emit deadly light beams
- Reflectors redirect beams to the sides
- Hematite blocks direct light forward or vertically
- Solar beams destroy mystical vines and overgrown chests

Mystical Creatures
From mystical vines obtained by burning blocks with solar rays, you can create a stone jaguar capable of running on water (holding CTRL) and carrying two players. For summoning, three aligned ritual stone blocks and rain in the world are required.

You can also create a Golden Guard - an enhanced version of the iron golem made of ancient gold. Creation requires Kukulkan's Blessing, with the blessing duration reduced by 10 minutes per golem.
New Resources
The mod adds chili pepper - a rare plant found in dungeons. Sniffers can dig up pepper seeds in jungles. From pepper, the chocolate drink xocolatl is prepared, extending divine blessings.
