Bygone Land is a comprehensive addition that introduces a completely new dimension called Tartarus to the game. This is a world with its own progression system, unique bosses, dungeons, and diverse enemies.

Tartarus was once a flourishing and technologically advanced civilization, but now it's plunged into complete darkness of endless void. Trapped between the Overworld, the Nether, and the End, this world was destroyed by a terrifying experiment and now represents scorched ruins. On the wreckage of Tartarian civilization, machines have gone mad, and the population has turned into soulless undead corrupted by decay.

To enter Tartarus, you need to obtain a lost key from a wither skeleton (5% drop chance) and find a portal framed with bedrock in the Overworld. Currently (beta version 0.1.0), five biomes are available: Fadestone Valley, Basalt Mountains, Shimmering Grove, Desert of Rust, and Scarlet Crags.

Known Issues

• Incorrect generation of Basalt Mountains near Scarlet Crags
• The portal may not activate. To fix this problem, you need to rejoin the world (not tested in multiplayer)
• Particles from Railgun, Trembler, and Annihilator sometimes display incorrectly
• Some mobs spawn differently than intended
