Budget Fire Aspect

This modification adds a simple yet effective fire spreading mechanic. If your character is on fire, every melee weapon attack transfers the fire to enemies. The burning duration of enemies corresponds to the time the player themselves is burning.

A feature of the mod is the ability to extend the fire effect: hitting an already burning enemy increases the duration of their burning by an additional half second.
