Minimal fixes for battle towers

This mod offers a series of subtle improvements for the Battle Towers modification that fix various issues and add useful settings without drastically changing the original gameplay.

Key features:

• Flexible configuration - all tower parameters can be modified through the configuration file
• Fixed loot chests - reworked loot system with support for custom loot tables
• Modern loot tables - ability to use namespaces for loot tables
• Loading optimization - accelerated world loading (inspired by VanillaFix solution)
• Block protection - blacklist of blocks that won't be destroyed when the tower collapses
• Persistent golems - tower golems are preserved in peaceful mode and don't disappear

Requirements: AtomicStryker's Battle Towers and MixinBooter mods are required for operation.
