Bone Meal Sugar Cane

This modification adds the ability to instantly grow sugar cane using bone meal. Now you don't have to wait for the plant to grow naturally - simply use bone meal on sugar cane, and it will immediately reach full height.

Interestingly, this behavior has long been present in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, but for some reason was missing in the Java version. This mod fixes this inconsistency between the two main game versions.
