Boids
This mod completely overhauls fish behavior in Minecraft, replacing the standard schooling mechanics with an advanced behavioral simulation based on the Boids algorithm.

What is Boids Simulation?
The Boids algorithm is a computer model that realistically reproduces the collective behavior of animals in nature - such as the synchronized movement of bird flocks or fish schools. Thanks to this mod, the aquatic inhabitants of your world begin to move much more naturally and dynamically, creating a lively and authentic atmosphere in water biomes.
Each individual fish in the simulation follows three main behavioral principles:
- Separation - avoiding collisions with neighboring schoolmates
- Alignment - moving in the same direction as nearby relatives
- Cohesion - striving to stay closer to the center of the gathering
