Blood Smeltery - Enhanced Integration Between Blood Magic and Tinker's Construct
This addon significantly deepens the interaction between Blood Magic and Tinker's Construct mods, offering numerous new possibilities for tool creation and fluid manipulation.
Demonic Will as a Fluid
Demonic will is now represented as a fluid, simplifying its handling. You can easily extract it from tartaric gems by right-clicking on a tank, or pour it back using a casting table.
Demonic will can be mixed with other fluids to create useful materials. When alloyed with blood, it produces life essence, and when combined with liquid glass, it forms soul sand.
New Tool Materials
Blood-Seared Stone and Blood-Rune
Blood-seared stone is created by alloying seared stone and life essence. This material can be cast into blank runes or blank slates, and also used to create a new tool material - Blood-Rune, which possesses the "Bloodstained" modifier.
The "Bloodstained" modifier allows tools and weapons to self-repair using LP from your soul network. The higher the tool's level, the less life essence is required for repairs.
Bloodbrass
The new bloodbrass alloy is created either by alloying molten copper and life essence, or in a tier 2 blood altar. Tools made from this material receive the "Exsanguinate" modifier.
The "Exsanguinate" modifier adds LP to your soul network whenever you slay a monster. The amount of LP gained depends on the tool's level and the monster's base health.
Sentient Tinker's Tools
The new Sentience modifier is added by applying a Tartaric Gem to your tool. This causes the tool to behave like the sentient sword or pickaxe - slain monsters drop demonic will, and the tool becomes more powerful based on the amount and type of demonic will you possess.
Divination Runes on Tools
The Divination modifier is added by applying a Divination Rune or Seer's Rune to your tool. This allows the tool to function like the corresponding rune, saving inventory space and providing greater convenience when used with new materials.
Compatibility and Versions
The mod supports Thermal Expansion and Create, with plans to add additional compatibility in the future.
For version 1.12, Atlas Lib is required. This version includes most features from version 1.16+, excluding new modifiers and tool materials. Compatibility is supported with Tinkers Complement, Blood Arsenal, and Thermal Expansion, as well as limited support for Mekanism and Ender IO when Blood Arsenal is installed.
