Blessing Of Keep
New Enchantment for Item Preservation
Welcome to the world of Blessing Of Keep - a modification that fundamentally changes the gameplay approach to death! This enchantment can be obtained through an enchantment table (presumably works, requires testing) or from librarian villagers (confirmed to function).
How It Works
When your character dies while wearing an item enchanted with Blessing Of Keep, the magic activates and preserves that specific item! Imagine a selective version of the keepInventory command - only for particular valuable items you want to protect from accidental loss.
Technical Features
The completely redesigned system now dynamically tracks the presence of enchanted items for each player. The original version created two chest minecarts for every participant, but the updated algorithm automatically removes them if a player doesn't have items with this special enchantment. However, if a character leaves the server while possessing enchanted equipment - their minecarts remain saved for future use.
Compatibility Features
The modification is designed to work exclusively with Minecraft versions 1.21 and higher. Earlier game versions are not supported due to differences in technical implementation.
The previous version (1.0) had limitations for 30 unique players and technical features that made it resource-intensive. In the current release, these issues have been resolved - the system has become more optimized and flexible.
