Blacksmiths

A Taterzen addon that introduces blacksmiths capable of repairing tools in Minecraft.

This addon enables you to create Taterzen with blacksmith functionality who can restore the durability of your equipment. Each blacksmith can be individually configured - set the repair speed per second, determine whether they work in unloaded chunks, and other parameters.

How to Use

First, you need to assign the blacksmiths:blacksmith profession to your Taterzen. After that, simply right-click on the Taterzen to open the interaction interface.

Repair Costs

When installing the Grand Economy mod, you can use its currency instead of the default item payment system. Without this mod, you can set which item will be used for payment and what its "value" is.

Individual Configuration

Want your players to have blacksmiths with different repair characteristics? Use the following command:

/profession blacksmith <rule>

Available configuration rules:

• costPerDurabilityPoint - cost to repair 1 durability point
• durabilityPerSecond - amount of durability repaired per second (can be a fractional number)
• workInUnloadedChunks - whether the blacksmith works in unloaded chunks

Working in Unloaded Chunks

Yes, you read that correctly! Since Blacksmiths operate based on system time, they are independent of server tick rate. Moreover, your tools can be repaired even when your computer is turned off :smile:
