Fixed version of "Biomes You'll Go" mod

The "Biomes You'll Go Fixed" modification was created to fix bugs in the original biomes mod "Biomes You'll Go" (BYG) version 1.12.2, whose development was discontinued with several issues remaining.

This project is based on the last official BYG version 1.7.1 for Minecraft 1.12.2. The main focus is on correcting identified errors, while minor optimizations and additional improvements may be present.

At the current stage, the decompiled source code of BYG for version 1.12.2 has been successfully processed and passed initial testing, during which no serious malfunctions were found.

If you encounter bugs that remain in the BYG version for 1.12.2, we would appreciate your problem reports.

*Some already identified shortcomings are recorded in the KnownIssues.md file in the project repository. These errors are present in available releases but are planned to be resolved in future updates.
