Pufferfish's Biome Dither

This mod addresses the issue of sharp transitions between biomes in Minecraft. Since in the standard game biome boundaries have a resolution of 4 blocks, they often appear angular and unnatural. Pufferfish's Biome Dither eliminates this drawback by creating smooth transitions between adjacent biomes through mixing surface blocks.
