About the Modification
This mod significantly enhances the standard chiseled bookshelves in Minecraft, making them more functional and convenient to use.
Main Features
Visual Book Display: Books on shelves are displayed differently depending on their type, making it easy to identify the contents.
Enchanting Table Integration: Chiseled bookshelves containing 3 or more books and facing the enchanting table are now recognized as full bookshelves for spell enhancement.
Book Tooltips: When hovering the cursor over a book on the shelf, its title and relevant NBT information are displayed.
Configuration
The mod offers a flexible configuration system:
- Book Tooltips: Enable/disable title display or display under cursor
- Book Textures: Option to change the type of textures used for books
- Text Size: Adjust the size of displayed titles from 5 to 20
- Comparator Output: Option to change comparator output based on book type
Development Status
The mod is currently in beta version. If errors are found, it is recommended to report them through the issue tracking system.
Installation
Requires Fabric
- Download the latest version of the mod
- Install the latest version of Fabric
- Install Fabric API
- Place the mod files in the mods folder
- Launch Minecraft
