Ad Astra: Better oil deposits

This modification introduces underground oil deposits to the Ad Astra extension, which form underground similarly to lava lakes.

For optimal gameplay, it's recommended to combine this mod with additional modifications that allow removing the standard oil extraction mechanics from the base version of Ad Astra.
