Better Mount HUD

This client-side mod significantly enhances the game interface when riding horses, donkeys, and other mounts. Now you can simultaneously track two important indicators: your own hunger level and your mount's health condition. Additionally, the intelligent display system replaces the experience bar with the jump indicator only when you actually perform a jumping action, making the interface more clear and functional.
