Berries and Cherries Delight
The Berries and Cherries mod significantly expands the botanical diversity of Minecraft by adding numerous new berry crops to the game. Currently available are strawberries, blueberries, green and dark grapes, cherries, and raspberries. At the moment, these plants provide only nutritional benefits, but future updates plan to expand their functionality and add various cooking recipes.
Main Features
All added bushes and saplings fully follow vanilla plant mechanics:
- Saplings gradually grow over time
- Bone meal accelerates the growth process
- Harvesting berries with bare hands causes damage from thorns
- Using shears prevents receiving damage
- Each bush currently yields only 1 berry (planned to change to random amounts)
- After harvesting, bushes and leaves eventually regenerate fruits

- Iron Bowl - heat-resistant container for cooking jellied mixtures from berry mixes
- Jam Jar - container for storing jams
- Iron Knife - tool for cutting berries into chunks
- Berry Crusher - device for obtaining juice required for jam recipes
