Bedrockoid

Bedrockoid is a Minecraft modification that brings exclusive gameplay features from Bedrock Edition into Java Edition. However, the main goal is not to make Java Edition look like Bedrock Edition, but to add interesting mechanics and enhancements.

Key Features

• Seasonal foliage changes: Leaves change color in snowy biomes or when covered with snow.
• Snow under trees: In snowy biomes, snow spawns under trees, creating a more realistic winter atmosphere.
• Dynamic composter: Collision with the composter changes based on the amount of composted items.
• Fire aspect: Weapons with this enchantment can light TNT, ignite candles, and start campfires.
• Shield protection: Entities automatically use shields when sneaking.
• Dyed shulkers: Living shulkers can be dyed in various colors.
• Mushroom trees: Mushroom trees spawn in swamps, adding diversity to the landscape.
• Enhanced frost walker: The enchantment's radius is increased to match Bedrock Edition.
• Sheep wool color: Dyeing applies to all wool spots.
• Extended block placement: Ability to place blocks 'around corners'.
• Fallen trees: Fallen trees from snapshot 25W09A are backported, along with trees with 2x2 thick trunks.
• Ignition by fire: Any entities on fire can light candles and campfires.
• Sponge drying: Wet sponges dry out in dry biomes.
• Elytra flight stop: Press space in the air to stop flying.
• Natural cauldron filling: Cauldrons fill naturally if fluid is above them.
• Waterlogging fixes: Improved water compatibility for cauldron, stonecutter, bed, anvil, grindstone, hopper, lectern, fence gate, and pressure plate.
• Snow on plants: Plants can be covered with snow.
• Plant multiplication with bonemeal: Use bonemeal to multiply plants.
• Redstone connection to pistons: Redstone can be connected to pistons.
• Armor stand with arms: Armor stands have arms by default.
