Bed Patch is a small server-side mod created to fix a long-standing Minecraft bug where players can get stuck in beds. This issue occurs during teleportation or dimension changes and previously required restarting the game to free the character.
This bug has existed since version 1.10.2 and occurs relatively frequently. Other modifications like Bed Bugs offered temporary solutions, allowing players to return to the main menu without restarting the client, but they didn't address the root cause of the problem.
Bed Patch fundamentally fixes the core mechanism of the error, completely preventing players from getting stuck in beds. The mod is compatible with versions 1.10.2, 1.11.2, and 1.12.2.
Important note: This is a coremod that modifies Minecraft's source code, so conflicts with other mods are possible.
