BE Style Wither

This modification changes the Wither's behavior, bringing it closer to the Bedrock Edition version of the game. The introduced changes make the boss a more challenging and interesting opponent.

Key features include:

• Blue Wither skulls now bounce off surfaces
• Increased number of blue skulls fired during attacks
• When spawning, the boss turns white and spins around its axis
• When health drops below half, the Wither enters charge attack mode
• A powerful explosion occurs upon death
• If difficulty is set above Normal, Wither Skeletons spawn when health drops below half
• The boss maintains a weakened state after taking damage
• Starting from version 1.4.0, the Wither's health is doubled

In versions 1.4.0 and above, all parameters can be configured through the configuration file.
