Banduty's DFWMI
The Banduty's DFWMI modification is designed to enhance Minecraft server performance by adjusting the update frequency of various game objects. The mod automatically regulates the processing speed of items, blocks, and living entities based on current server load.
Main Features
The module allows fine-tuning performance through configuration files. You can enable and disable adaptive update frequency adjustment for different entity types. When set to 0, the system will automatically select the optimal processing speed based on current server TPS.
Item Improvements
Expands the item detection radius from 0.5 to 3 blocks, significantly reducing server load when processing scattered items. This parameter is also configurable.
Mob Control
Provides tools to limit the number of mobs spawned by spawners within a defined radius, as well as control natural creature spawning in the world.
Operation Modes
Weak Mode
Ideal for single-player and small servers. Provides smooth optimization without noticeable impact on gameplay. Recommended if your server doesn't drop below 5 TPS.
Intermediate Mode
Optimal solution for most servers. Balances between performance and gameplay smoothness.
Strong Mode
Specifically designed for servers with large-scale farms. Significantly reduces entity update frequency, which may cause visual delays but substantially improves overall performance.
Technical Features
The mod works exclusively on the server side and doesn't require client installation. Before use, it's recommended to carefully study the settings and adapt them to your server's specific needs.
Compatibility
The mod may conflict with TT20, as this modification uses an opposite approach to performance optimization at low TPS.
