Version for Minecraft 1.12.2
Mine ores like a true bandit with this mod! Bandit presents another solution for vein mining, created under the influence of Qz-Miner.
How to Start Using
First, you need to assign a hotkey to activate Bandit, as it's not set by default - this helps avoid conflicts with other mods.
After pressing the assigned key, a green "Activation" message will appear in the top left corner of the screen. In this state, you can begin vein mining, but we recommend first configuring the settings to suit your needs.
Holding Shift or Ctrl while pressing the hotkey will open a menu for selecting the operation mode and block filters - switch between options using mouse wheel scrolling.
Important Features
The vein mining process continues even if the pickaxe in your hand breaks. Therefore, make sure your tool has sufficient durability before starting work. During the process, you can change the tool in your hand.
To stop a current task, use the command /bandit stop. Note that this command does not undo mining that has already been performed.
Operation Modes
Available in 4 different scanning modes:
- Manhattan: Basic mode, scans directly connected neighboring blocks within an 8-block radius from the center in a spherical area
- Manhattan+: Enhanced version of Manhattan, scans blocks in a 3×3×3 area within an 8-block radius from the center
- Manhattan Large: Expanded version of Manhattan+ with a 16-block scanning radius
- Large-scan: The most powerful scanner with a 32-block radius in a cubic area. Perfect for mining ore clusters that are not directly connected. Scanning starts from a cube vertex
Block Filters
- All: Processes all blocks
- Matching Block: Matches only specific block types, ignoring metadata
- Matching Block and Metadata: Matches both the block and its metadata for precise selection
