Pack Director

Pack Director is an advanced version of ModpackDirector (juanmuscaria), which in turn is a fork of FileDirector (TerraFirmaCraft-The-Final-Frontier) - itself a fork of the original mod-director project (Janrupf).

This solution provides flexible mod management capabilities in situations where certain files cannot be included directly in the modpack. This is relevant if a mod is unavailable on the target distribution service or launcher, or if there are copyright restrictions.
