Auto Planting Forests

The modification transforms the behavior of dropped saplings - instead of disappearing when their despawning time comes, they automatically plant themselves in the ground.

In standard Minecraft, saplings that fall from cut trees simply vanish after some time. This mod fundamentally changes this mechanic: now every sapling that was supposed to disappear gets planted in the nearest suitable soil.

Creating self-healing forests

When cutting down a tree, the foliage remains in place and gradually produces new saplings that normally vanish without a trace. Thanks to this modification, one felled tree can generate dozens of new ones that plant themselves automatically around it. This creates an amazing effect of natural forest regeneration and completely changes the approach to forest management in the game.

Technical features

The mod works with any blocks tagged as minecraft:saplings, ensuring compatibility with almost all known saplings, including those added by other modifications.

Configuration and expansion

A configuration file allows adding additional blocks for automatic planting, making the mod extremely flexible for your needs.
