AromaBackup - Reliable Backup System for Minecraft
This mod provides a simple and effective solution for creating backups of your Minecraft worlds. If another mod corrupts your world or a powerful creeper destroys important structures, you'll always have the ability to restore your save from a backup.
Main Features
The mod automatically creates backups on a schedule, when loading a world, or by command. The system automatically deletes old backups and provides a simple way to restore them. Incremental backups and dimension filtering for backups are supported.
Supported Formats
Several storage formats are available by default: ZIP archives with compression, TAR archives without compression, TAR.GZ with gzip compression, as well as simple storage in folders without archiving.
Restoring Backups
In singleplayer, go to the main menu, select "Singleplayer," find the desired world, click the "Backups" button, select the desired version and restore. For non-incremental backups, you can simply unpack the archive into a new folder and replace the current world with it. On servers with incremental backups, use the command java -jar Aromabackup-*.jar to launch the interactive restoration shell.
