Arcanus: Legacy

Arcanus is a compact modification that adds a complete magic system to Minecraft. The inspiration for creating this system came from projects such as Wynncraft and Electroblob's Wizardry. In future updates, the developers plan to add new amulets, structures, and dangers.

Learning spells:

To master magical spells, you need to find special spell books. These can be found in village libraries, fortress libraries, and in the chests of ruined portals. Each such book contains a unique pattern that defines a specific spell. By reading the book, you will learn how to use the corresponding spell.

Using magic:

To use spells, you must first learn them and have a magic wand in your main hand. To cast a spell, you need to reproduce its pattern using the left and right mouse buttons.

Mana flasks:

Mages can store a supply of mana in special flasks for later use. To fill a flask, you need to crouch and hold the right mouse button while having at least 5 units of mana available.

Display cases:

Display cases serve as decorative blocks in which various items can be placed. To open or close a display case, you need to press the Shift + RMB combination. To place an item inside an open display case, simply right-click on it while holding the desired item in your hand.

Display cases can also transmit a comparator signal depending on their state (open or closed).

At any point in the game, you can use the /spells list command to view a list of all learned spells along with their patterns.
