Apotheosis
Apotheosis is a comprehensive modification project that significantly expands Minecraft's possibilities while preserving the spirit of the vanilla game. All changes are carefully designed and harmoniously complement each other.
The mod offers both simple improvements, such as increasing the maximum height of sugar cane, and fundamental overhauls of key game systems like enchanting.
Modular Structure
Apotheosis is organized into independent modules, each responsible for a specific aspect of the game. All modules are enabled by default, but any can be disabled if needed. The modules interact with each other, creating a cohesive gaming experience.

For complete information about the mod's capabilities, use the in-game guide "Chronicle of Shadows," created from a book and a gold ingot. Depending on the modpack, some elements may be modified or disabled—in such cases, they won't appear in the book.
Enchantment Module
This module completely overhauls the enchanting system. Dozens of new enchantments have been added, and items that previously couldn't be enchanted (such as shears) can now be magically enhanced.

Bookshelves and other blocks now provide enchanting characteristics that affect the process's effectiveness. The maximum level of many enchantments has been increased, and the enchanting table itself has received a new interface.
The enchanting system now considers several parameters instead of just the level:
- Eterna — determines the strength of enchantments, increasing the enchanting cost
- Quanta — a measure of randomness, affecting the luck element
- Arcana — increases the number of enchantments and makes rare enchantments more accessible
Various types of bookshelves have been added to obtain these characteristics. Some vanilla blocks, such as skulls and candles, can also enhance the enchanting table.

Adventure Module
This module adds content for world exploration. You'll encounter dangerous monsters, natural traps, and much more! The main reward is Affix Items—enhanced versions of regular items with unique bonuses.

Affix Items come in different rarities—from common to legendary mythical ones. They can be found in chests, obtained from mobs, purchased from the Wandering Trader, or by defeating Apotheotic Bosses—creatures that themselves use the power of affixes. Gems have also been added for further enhancement of affix items.

Apotheotic Bosses inhabit boss dungeons and sometimes invade, appearing on the world's surface. Each boss drops a personalized affix item with high-level enchantments. The strength of bosses increases as you progress, with the most powerful ones located in The End.
Spawner Module
This module improves mob spawners. They can now be picked up with Silk Touch and modified using various items.

In vanilla Minecraft, spawners are usually obstacles. Apotheosis turns them into valuable resources. Using special items, you can change almost all parameters—from spawn radius to ignoring spawn conditions (including the presence of nearby players). If you don't like a change, it can be undone with a reverse modifier.

Spawner Modifiers are applied by holding the specified item and right-clicking on the spawner. A description of each modification can be viewed in JEI.
The Capturing enchantment has also been added for swords, giving a chance for mobs to drop spawn eggs upon death. Spawn eggs are used to change the type of mob a spawner creates.
Potion Module
This module adds new potions, recipes for previously unavailable effects, and additional content for working with potions. New potions and recipes for vanilla effects that were previously unobtainable will appear immediately.

The main innovation is the Potion Charm—a combined and controllable potion. Charms are created from three copies of the same potion and blaze powder. They work when active and in the inventory (or in a curios slot if installed). The effect duration of a charm is longer than that of the three original potions combined. Importantly, the charm can be disabled at any time. If the enchantment module is enabled, charms can be made Unbreakable.
Completely new effects have also been added, such as Sundering (the opposite of resistance) and Ancient Knowledge (increases experience gained from mob kills).

Village Module
This module focuses on adding new content for villages, villagers, and related blocks. Currently, it's one of the smaller modules, but it still adds useful features.

Added a Fletching system (via the vanilla Fletching Table)—a three-component crafting system for creating arrows. Making arrows through fletching yields more than regular crafting, and there are also completely new arrows that can only be made in a Fletching Table. Among them are the Broadhead Arrow, Explosive Arrow, Iron Mining Arrow, and more! Each opens up new possibilities for using your bow.

The Wandering Trader now offers more valuable goods. Instead of ordinary items, he sometimes has rare items or useful materials. You can find trades for iron, gold, diamonds, and even items from his personal supply of heavily enchanted diamond gear.
Garden Module
This module allows vertically growing plants to reach greater heights. Sugar cane, cacti, and bamboo can grow significantly taller than usual. These limits are configurable, so you can adjust the maximum height.

Also added is the Ender Lead—an item for transporting farm animals.
Technical Information
Apotheosis uses JSON files for feature configuration. Detailed schemas and existing data resources are available for modpack developers.
Dependencies
Apotheosis requires Placebo, Patchouli, and in version 1.20+—Apothic Attributes. It is also recommended to install Enchantment Descriptions, Just Enough Items, and either Jade or The One Probe.
Note: The absence of Patchouli won't cause a crash, but the Chronicle of Shadows will be unavailable until it is installed.
