Annona Inversa

A New Exotic Find for Your World
Annona Inversa is a compact Vanilla+ style expansion that introduces players to a delicious fruit called the cherimoya. This exotic fruit can not only be eaten but also used to create interesting and functional potions.

How to Find and Use Cherimoya
Similar to how tropical apples occasionally drop in jungles, cherimoya can be rarely obtained by breaking jungle leaves. Consuming one fruit restores 8 hunger points and provides a temporary Haste effect.
Of particular interest is the Golden Cherinoya, created by combining one fruit with eight gold ingots. This rare fruit resembles a golden apple in its function but offers unique potion effects.
Rare Seeds and Their Uses
After eating cherimoya, you will be left with large black cherimoya seeds. These seeds are toxic if consumed raw but serve as an important ingredient for creating a Potion of Nausea - an effect surprisingly absent from the original game. By combining seeds with redstone dust or glowstone dust, you can create versions of the potion with extended duration or enhanced effect concentration.

Inverting Effect and Conversion Technique
The true treasure of this mod is the Potion of Inversing, obtained by brewing cherimoya with an awkward potion. When consumed, this potion magically transforms negative effects into their positive counterparts: poison becomes regeneration, weakness turns into strength, and so on.
You can enhance the duration or potency in the standard way using redstone dust and glowstone dust respectively. It's important to remember: the inverting potion will only work if you have any negative effect applied for conversion.
While working on this mod, I made the surprising discovery that Minecraft's vanilla version actually lacked a Potion of Nausea!
- The mod can be freely used in modpacks
- Adaptation for new versions is planned, without backward compatibility for older versions
