AngleSnap - Precision Positioning Assistant
This modification provides a convenient interface for saving and quickly restoring precise viewing angles and camera positions in Minecraft. Particularly useful when working with complex redstone mechanisms, such as the Mirror Pylon by Squibble and the Orbital Railcannon by cubicmetre.
Main Features
Pressing the F6 key during gameplay opens the AngleSnap menu, where you can add, modify, or remove saved viewing angles. For instant transition to a desired angle, simply click on it in the list - the screen will close and the crosshair will automatically lock into the selected position.
Visual Assistance
Use the F7 key to enable and disable the AngleSnap overlay. When activated, markers appear on the screen showing saved angles, significantly simplifying spatial orientation and visualization.
Camera Control
The CameraSnap menu opens by pressing F8 and allows saving camera positions. When selecting a saved position, the camera instantly moves to the designated spot while character control and viewing direction are preserved.
Configuration
Configuration is accessible through the mod management panel (modmenu) or via the gear icon in the AngleSnap and CameraSnap interfaces. Users can customize the overlay appearance, enable automatic snapping to markers when the cursor approaches saved angles ("Snap To Markers" function).
