Revival of Aether's Lost Content

This addon resurrects numerous scrapped, unused, and even conceptual content from The Aether's past. We give a second life to elements that never made it beyond the idea stage, including content from Aether I and Aether Legacy.

Important Information

This is an unofficial addon for The Aether and does not work without the main mod.

Requirements

For versions 1.19.4+, Structure Gel API is required - a helper mod that simplifies structure creation for developers. Older versions for 1.12.2 do not need it.

New Dungeon: Platinum Dungeon

The Platinum Dungeon was conceived as the fourth dungeon to complete the mod! We took this idea and created a dungeon with the boss - the Aerwhale King!

Main Additions

Blocks and Materials

• Gale Stone - a cool blue stone that forms the foundation of the Platinum Dungeon. Cannot be destroyed until defeating the Aerwhale King
• Light Gale Stone - the glowing version of Gale Stone. Also unavailable until defeating the boss
• Songstone - a legendary stone whose sound is fully audible only to the Aerwhale King. The sound keeps his mind in a tranquil state. When activated, the boss prepares for battle

Weapons and Tools

• Power Gloves - increase punch strength, knocking enemies much farther than usual
• Phoenix Pickaxe - a molten hot tool that melts through stone and instantly smelts ores
• Phoenix Sword - a heavy molten sword that burns enemies. Using it on animals yields cooked meat
• Phoenix Shovel - a molten shovel that melts sand and similar blocks on contact
• Phoenix Axe - a molten axe that burns through wood and chars it on contact

Shields

• Shield of Emile - used alongside the Hammer of Kingbdogz. Reflects blocked projectiles as if they were your own
• Gravitite Shield - made entirely of gravitite. Causes strong knockback when attacked
• Zanite Shield - made of zanite, more durable than wooden, without special features
• Sentry Shield - ancient sentry technology. Grants explosion immunity but may detonate when attacked, damaging the shield

Armor and Accessories

• Platinum Key - a shiny key awarded for defeating the Aerwhale King. Opens treasures on the dungeon's second floor
• Invisibility Gem - a stone with a chance to dodge attacks, concealing the owner
• Phoenix Cape - a warm cloak that gives a second chance when falling into the void
• Agility Boots - lightweight aerodynamic boots found in the Platinum Dungeon, increase movement speed
• Swetty Mask - looks like a Swet's body. Besides appearance, prevents crash damage when using Elytra

Plants and Mobs

• Crystal Sapling - blue saplings that grow into crystal fruit trees. Accelerated with bone meal
• Brown Moa Egg - a mysterious brown Moa egg not found in the wild. Hatches into a brown Moa with good speed, 3 mid-air jumps (stronger than usual) and immunity to inebriation
• Orange Moa Egg - an orange Moa egg. Hatches into a Moa with 2 mid-air jumps and the ability to gradually accelerate when moving in one direction

Music

• Legacy Disc - a light blue disc. When played in a jukebox, plays "Legacy" by Lachney

The mod may not include all lost content - some elements may have been missed due to lack of information or time. Some additions may be unfinished or changed. We've tried to implement the content as fully as possible.
